Skin Test
Here at Noir, we operate a strict Skin Test policy; which requires any person requiring a colour to complete a skin test.
This sensitivity test needs to be carried out at least 48 hrs prior to commencing the colour service.
As of April 2011, it is against the law to apply colour to anyone under the age of 16; proof of ID may be required.
